What package can we activate after the end of our internet package?
By calling Rahanet's customer service department, it is only possible to activate the previous (current) package. To change your internet package, you must visit Rahanet's office. For more information, you can contact Rahanet's sales department. Contact number: (0790 72 3100)
How to find out about the consumed volume of your internet package?
Open the Rahanet website (www.rahanet.af) and enter the (Menu) section, go to the (Tools) section and select the (Client Area) option, then click on your province and by default your account page will open, details You can read various details of your account such as daily usage graph, monthly usage, package expiration date and more information.
